We need someone with deep knowledge of the Munich tech talent market, a strong local network, and the skills to find and hire exceptional people for our technical teams. You’ll join a collaborative, international TA team where sharing candidates, ideas, and successes is the norm.


What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, with a primary focus on Munich-based hires.
  • Build and nurture a diverse pipeline using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted advisor, from refining job ads to closing offers.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values.
  • Manage the candidate expectation.  No unwanted surprises. Candidates will become colleagues and retain the great relationship established during the onboarding stage.
  • Track and share recruitment data so we can make smart, quick decisions.
  • Support the TA team by load balancing responsibilities based on work load.
  • Help evolve our TA processes.  We’re always looking to improve how we hire.

What you bring
  • Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruiting, ideally in a scaling company.
  • Deep knowledge of the Munich tech hiring landscape and an established local network.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, direct sourcing).
  • Strong negotiation skills with both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Native German fluency and excellent English.
  • Right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available).
  • The cherry on the cake, would be experience in the Financial, Pharma or Insurance sectors (Some of our fastest growing markets)
