Your Profile

We are looking for a Data Architects (F/M/X) with a strong customer focus who ideally bring the following qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouse and Analytics solutions for mid-sized and enterprise-level companies 
  • Experience leading small development teams 
  • A structured approach to gathering customer requirements from both business units and IT 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Azure Data Engineering stack – including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob, and Cosmos DB 
  • Proficiency in working with Databricks, Snowflake, and/or Spark 
  • Knowledge of deployment automation 
  • Solid experience in general-purpose programming – ideally in Python 

You have experience working with Data Warehouse solutions, extracting and processing data in various ways using standard and open-source tools. You are also well-versed in working with version control systems (such as Git). 

We prefer to apply agile methodologies in our work. Therefore, it is essential that you are comfortable with this approach. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both German and English in customer-facing situations, especially with individuals who may not have a strong technical background. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design of data architectures and data models for analytical applications
  • Requirements engineering and KPI definition
  • Hands-on project work in the areas of data integration and/or reporting/analytics
  • Knowledge transfer both internally and to the customer
  • Minimum monthly gross salary: € 4,000 (14 times per year, based on 38,5h/week, no all-in contract). However, we always ensure to offer a competitive salary adjusted to your qualifications and experience.
