About the role  

In this role, you will apply your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to build scalable, low-code solutions for a range of customers across diverse industries. You will work on both major transformation projects (typically 6-18 months) and smaller, high-impact engagements, helping businesses automate processes, enhance workflows, and drive operational efficiencies.

Your daily responsibilities as a Senior Power Platform Engineer will be:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to understand and document the client's needs. 
• Design and develop custom applications using the best-suited Power Apps component. 
• Maximize usage of OOB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solution approach for identified gaps. 
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and perform data migrations. 
• Conduct system testing, deployment and provide ongoing support. 
• Develop effective security strategies, including roles, field/record level security, and entity scoping. 
• Create and maintain documentation for the developed solutions. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers. 

Required Skills and Experience   

The following skills/experience are necessary:

• A University graduate with a relevant degree within a computing or business discipline. 
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). 
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft Business Applications. 
• Experience with integration technologies and tools. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work in Agile and waterfall methodologies using DevOps environments. 
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
