This immersive, interactive session takes you on an AI journey through Discovery, Ideation and Design, whose output is a solution blueprint you can take back to your business. Together, we’ll explore Generative AI’s applicability to your organisation, with emphasis on rapidly proving value and building strong businesses cases.

We will collaboratively ideate, evaluate and prioritise your AI use cases based on our experience via a canvas approach that helps you consider impact, complexity, risk, ethical considerations and ROI. We will also advise on funding eligibility from Microsoft for an AI Proof of Value engagement.

Murray Foxcroft, CTO will provide the context and technical foundation for the morning, focussing on the questions we are asked most frequently:

• Adoption/ deployment models

• Pitfalls and challenges

• Responsible AI

Simon Sear, CDXO will introduce Design Thinking as an approach to solving problems and unlocking opportunities with AI, and explains how we will use this innovation framework practically in the workshop.
