Your responsibilities

As our next Senior UX/UI Designer (F/M/X), you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge digital products. Your mission will be to create seamless, user-centered designs across web, iOS, and Android, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive user experience. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to bring innovative design solutions to life. 

  • Craft intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and functional user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs 
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-leading design tools 
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products 
  • Facilitate UX/UI workshops with clients to gather insights and define user needs 
  • Conduct user research, usability tests, and data-driven design evaluations 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics 
  • Work on data-driven design solutions, including interactive dashboards for our Data Science projects 
  • Support Pre-Sales activities by providing UX expertise in Sales Calls and Pitch Presentations 
  • Estimate project scope, timelines, and effort for UX/UI work in collaboration with the business development team 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies, ensuring our designs remain modern and competitive 
  • Advocate for design thinking and usability best practices across teams 
 

Skills and experience

  • Several years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in developing large-scale web and mobile applications for international clients 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise, with a focus on well-structured, visually compelling interfaces 
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture 
  • Experience with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices 
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar 
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions 
  • Experience in designing interactive dashboards and data visualizations is a plus 
  • Ability to translate complex problems into intuitive design solutions 
  • Experience in Scoping, Estimates, Pre-Sales, Sales Calls, and Pitch Presentations 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with teams and clients 
  • Independent working style, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage tasks autonomously 
  • Team player mentality, with a passion for knowledge sharing and constructive collaboration 
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused work ethic 
  • Fluent in English (German skills are a plus, but not required)
