About the role 

This role will be hybrid (most remotely) and your specific salary will depend on your country of employment, and the level of expertise and knowledge you’ve gained. But, irrespective of your location and level, you’ll earn a competitive rate, and a comprehensive benefit and reward package. What you'll do  

In this role, you will: 

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Take ownership of projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively addressing risks and issues. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating the creation of product backlogs and requirement documents to ensure customer needs are understood and met. 
  • Structure and oversee project governance, including maintaining risks and issues logs. 
  • Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitHub, or GitLab for backlog and sprint management. 
  • Collaborate with multiple third-party vendors and partners, ensuring seamless delivery of complex IT and data projects. 
  • Champion the use of Agile or Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches to meet the needs of the project and customer. 
  • Take the lead in managing change processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. 


About You 

We are seeking someone who thrives in a consultative and collaborative environment, with the following skills and attributes: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust with senior stakeholders. 
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering IT, application development, or data analytics projects. 
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements and the ability to translate them into actionable plans. 
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 
  • A proactive approach to anticipating risks, solving problems efficiently, and navigating ambiguity with ease. 
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitHub, or GitLab for project tracking and sprint management. 
  • Certifications such as Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) or project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP, PMBOK) are highly desirable. 
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skills to ensure alignment and progress across teams.
