Your Responsibilities

As our new (Front) Office Manager (m/f/x) in Munich, you’ll create a positive work atmosphere where both our teams and clients feel welcome.

  • As the first point of contact at the front desk, you’ll be the face and voice of Ascent, greeting guests warmly both in person and over the phone.
  • With a keen eye for a welcoming office setup, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations—from setting up meeting rooms to coordinating with external facility management, including building administration and cleaning services.
  • You’ll handle ordering not only office supplies but also everything that makes our team’s workday easier and brighter, such as special IT equipment, drinks, fruit, and snacks.
  • You’ll support the Finance and HR team with administrative tasks, such as handling contracts.
  • Organizing business travel (flights, hotels, conferences, events, etc.) is part of your role, and you’ll maintain an overview of travel time management.
  • You’ll help plan meetings and prepare presentations in both German and English.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for a variety of questions from your colleagues.


Your Profile

  • Relevant education and/or experience in office management, team assistance, reception, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a general affinity for IT.
  • A positive mindset and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
  • A detail- and quality-oriented approach to work.
  • Motivation to learn new things and continuously improve your skills.
  • Strong German and English language skills.
