The opportunity 

We are now looking for a highly motivated, results-orientated Senior Python Developer with experience in clinical data (ADaM, SDTM, CDASH etc.), and preferably with graph data and R/SAS knowledge.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Python Developer will be delivering a Python package that has/supports: 

• Language support (R, SAS, Python)
• Performance (read/write, chain actions, parallelize exec)
• Monitor/rerun jobs
• Integration with graph database data and workloads
• Release processes and pipelines using CI/CD

Skills and Experience 

• Senior applied knowledge of CDASH, SDTM, ADaM, CDISC controlled terminology, digital protocol/OPS concept
• Python software engineering experience ideal in Pharma Clinical Programming
• Experience in REST and GraphQL data and other API queries
• Experience in developing metadata-driven data pipelines
• Experience with GIT and open-source project collaboration
• Agile mindset

 Advantageous

• Experience working with R
• Knowledge in data science
• High-performance computing
• Good knowledge of Cypher and SPARQL
