What you'll do 

Every day in the life of this role is an opportunity to excel. You will:

• Craft Solutions: Formulate persuasive proposals and architect deliverable solutions that resonate with our clients.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders to validate, negotiate, and refine solutions that align with business objectives.
• Innovate with PoCs: Develop and present Proofs-of-Concept, illuminating the path to innovative solutions.
• Problem Solving: Unearth the most viable solutions for addressing and delivering on intricate business requirements.
• Tech Trendsetter: Keep a finger on the pulse of emerging technologies and software development trends.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech Leads, and Delivery Managers to shape and deliver pioneering technology solutions.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships with stakeholders ranging from senior management to C-suite, ensuring their expectations are meticulously managed and satisfaction is paramount.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must bring:

• Proven experience acting as a Enterprise Solution Architect
• An understanding of the Cloud eco-system with ideally some relevant certifications, e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP (Microsoft Azure would be strongly preferred)
• Strong technology background with experience in Application development.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience of costing solutions and managing their impact on project deliverables.
• Effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally, to convey complex ideas with clarity.
• High level of fluency in German and English (at least C1)
• The ability to manage and lead diverse teams and follow solution architecture methodologies.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer care and service in all activities.
• Confidence in collaborating with senior colleagues, up to and including C-level executives.
