BrewDog is the UK’s fastest growing drinks company, known for its rebellious streak. Achieving the world’s highest equity crowdfunding raise in 2018, BrewDog is now prioritising sustainability over anarchy and building a reputation for being the de facto digital leader in its industry.

Always ‘getting there first’ and surprising the market is a massive undertaking. Whilst continuously innovating at pace, BrewDog wanted to create and embed a single customer view across multiple apps and platforms, enhancing their ability to influence and track buying behaviours. We designed and built a new centralised retail application that would give BrewDog the ability to track customer interactions across different contexts, from ordering a beer and a burger at a table in a BrewDog bar to home delivery.
